01 / Information collected
Details you choose to send.
When you request an estimate, GoldenFix may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, area or ZIP code, service selection, description of the damage and any photos you upload. Basic page and device information may also be recorded for site operation and aggregate traffic measurement.
02 / How it is used
Only for the request and site operation.
Your information is used to review the repair request, confirm service availability, contact you, manage the request in the private dashboard and maintain the website. A one-way network identifier is kept temporarily to limit repeated submissions. If owner notifications are enabled, request details are sent through Telegram. GoldenFix does not sell request information.
03 / Storage and access
Restricted to the service workflow.
Requests and uploaded photos are stored on the website hosting account. Dashboard access is protected and intended for the GoldenFix operator and the developer responsible for technical maintenance. Hosting and notification providers may process data only as needed to operate those services.
04 / Photos and retention
Photos are optional.
You can submit a request without photos. Request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, schedule work, maintain business records and resolve technical or legal issues.
05 / Your choices
Ask about your information.
You may ask GoldenFix to correct or delete information from a request, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Call or text (917) 497-8546 with your request reference when available.
Traffic measurement
Optional analytics.
Our own aggregate counters record page paths, broad device categories, referral categories and button clicks. They do not store form contents in analytics. When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow it. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We send page paths and interaction names, not your name, phone number, email, photos or repair description. Google Analytics is separate from submitting an estimate request.
If you accept the analytics notice that mentions request sources, we may also save a broad browser-reported source, such as Google Ads or Google Search, with a new estimate request. We do not save click identifiers or full referring URLs with that request. This source is an indication, not proof of which advertisement brought you here. Earlier analytics consent alone does not enable this feature. You can decline analytics and still submit your request. Request-source labels follow the request retention described above.
